Telemedicine Access and When To Use It

As a GeoBlue member, you have access to our telemedicine service, Global TeleMDTM.* This service is a quick and convenient way to speak to a healthcare professional, by either phone or video call. With the cold and flu season quickly approaching, this service is perfect when needing to speak with a doctor about things such as a sore throat, a sinus infection or other minor ailments. This service should be utilized for visits that are not considered medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should visit the nearest emergency room or dial your local emergency contact number.
