Telemedicine Access and When To Use It

As a GeoBlue member, you have access to our telemedicine service, Global TeleMDTM.* This service is a quick and convenient way to speak to a healthcare professional, by either phone or video call. With the cold and flu season quickly approaching, this service is perfect when needing to speak with a doctor about things such as a sore throat, a sinus infection or other minor ailments. This service should be utilized for visits that are not considered medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should visit the nearest emergency room or dial your local emergency contact number.

Wellness Webinars Available To You

There are a number of webinars on a variety of topics located in the wellness section of the GeoBlue Member Hub.* October’s session is focused on embracing differences and diversity in all aspects of your life. These webinars are available on demand and October’s session becomes available on October 19, 2021. Past videos can be viewed any time on demand here.
