COVID-19 and Your Emotional Wellbeing

It has been roughly a year since the whole world implemented restrictions and lockdowns to stop the spread of the new coronavirus. In March 2020, the common sentiment to slow down the outbreak was “two weeks of social distancing to flatten the curve.” A full year later and COVID-19 is still as prevalent as ever. Last year, you may have thought it was no big deal to not see friends and family for two weeks. But after an extended period of time, restrictions like this can take a significant toll on your mental health. Learn more about the impact the COVID-19 pandemic can have on your mental health and how to best cope with it.
