Beginning July 1, members purchasing or currently enrolled in one of our Xplorer or Navigator plans can take advantage of enhanced benefits and new features that provide more flexibility and peace of mind for your customers and their families.

Plan changes include:

CheckmarkA new lower-cost $10,000 deductible option on all Xplorer plans


CheckmarkA new urgent care benefit on Xplorer Premier and all Navigator plans


CheckmarkRemoval of the physical therapy dollar limit on all Xplorer and Navigator plans


CheckmarkA new smoking cessation benefit on all Xplorer and Navigator plans that have a prescription benefit


CheckmarkA new family friendly benefit that provides continuous coverage for spouse and dependents in the event of subscriber death*
